Ingredients
1 package of Mulay's Hot Sausage
- 2 small sweet potato cubed
- 1 medium onion sliced
- Nut based cheese
- The Date Lady BBQ sauce
- Greens of choice
- Fat of choice
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Saute onions and sweet potato in fat of choice until caramelized on stove-top. Meanwhile, place sausage on a pizza sheet or cookie into the desired shape. Heat in oven for 15 minutes. Remove sausage from oven and place sauteed mixture on top adding nut cheese.
- Place back in the oven for another 15 minutes or until desired done. Remove from oven putting greens on top and drizzling Date Lady BBQ sauce on entire pizza.
- Slice and enjoy!
