Ingredients
- 2 pounds potatoes, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, curry powder, mustard seeds, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
