Ingredients
- 8 oz seitan
- 8 oz penne pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add seitan to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Season with oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
