Ingredients
- 1 Acorn Squash
- 2 TBSP Terrapin Ridge Farms Apple Rosemary and Dill Sauce
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 °. Halve acorn squash horizontally and de-seed. Place skin side up on a sheet pan and roast at 350 ° for 20 minutes. Turn squash over and brush generously with sauce, then top each half with a pat of butter. Return to oven and roast for another 20 minutes
