Ingredients
- 1½ cups Ice
- 2 oz. Bourbon
- 1 oz. DaVinci Gourmet Apple or Green Apple Syrup
- 1½ oz. Island Oasis Sour Frozen Beverage Mix
- ½ tsp. Aquafaba powder
- 3 Drops Bitters of choice
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except bitters and apple slices in a cocktail shaker.
- Shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds.
- Double strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
- Place 3 drops of bitters on top of foam.
- Garnish top with apple slices and serve.
