TRUST US!! This will be the first appetizer to go at any gathering and EVERYONE will want to know how you did it!
Ingredients
- 16 oz softened cream cheese
- ½ cup diced tomatoes
- ¼ cup Terrapin Ridge Farms Hot Pepper Berry Bacon Jam
- 3 cooked slices of bacon, diced small
- 3 leafs of lettuce
- Sub Hot Pepper Bacon Jam or Bacon Pepper Dip for a delicious twist!
Directions
- Mix together first 3 ingredients, form mixture into a ball and chill for 30 minutes. Roll the cheese-ball in diced bacon. Line plate with lettuce leafs set cheese-ball on top of lettuce to serve. Enjoy!
