Easy Roasted Pineapple Habanero Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- ½ cups onions, chopped
- 3 ½ cups chicken, diced rotisserie or breasts
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 2 cups Terrapin Ridge Farms Pineapple Habanero Sauce
Directions
- Combine all ingredients into a bowl. Serve on a croissant or warm pita bread. Garnish with an orange slice and either feta cheese or chopped walnuts.
