Ingredients
- Pancake Mix
- 1 Egg
- ¾ cup milk
- 1 tbsp oil of your choosing
- Terrapin Ridge Farms Raspberry Amaretto Jam
- Terrapin Ridge Farms Blueberry Bourbon Pecan Jam
- Maple Syrup
Directions
- Follow the directions on the pancake mix. Make the pancakes as big or small as your board allows. Once pancakes are cooked according to the package or to your recipe, layer them in a winding river formation down your board. This is the highlight of the Christmas board, it should take up a lot of space and draw in the eye.
