Ingredients
2 cups old-fashioned oats, 1 teaspoon baking powder, ½ teaspoon kosher salt, 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie seasoning, ½ cup brown sugar, divided ¼ cup pecan halves, divided, 2 tablespoons maple syrup, 1 cup whole milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, ¼ cup water, ½ stick (4 tablespoons) unsalted butter melted, 2 large eggs beaten, 1 pint fresh blueberries divided, Greek yogurt or whipped cream for topping (optional)
Directions
1. In a large bowl, combine the oats, baking powder, salt, pumpkin pie seasoning, 1/4 cup of brown sugar, and half the pecans. Stir until evenly combined
- 2. In a separate large bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, milk, vanilla, water, butter, and eggs until evenly combined
- 3. Place half of the oat mixture in the pot. Sprinkle with half of the blueberries, then top with the remaining oat mixture
- 4. Drizzle the maple syrup mixture over the oat mixture in the pot. Top with the remaining ¼ cup of brown sugar and remaining blueberries and pecans
- Close the lid and move the slider to STEAMCRISP. Select STEAM & CRISP, set the temperature to 350°F, and set the time to 20 minutes. Press START/STOP to begin cooking (PrE will display for about 15 minutes as the unit steams, then the timer will start counting down)
- 6. When cooking is complete, spoon the oatmeal into bowls and serve warm with Greek yogurt (if using).

Replace the milk in the recipe with your favorite nondairy milk and the butter with a nondairy variety to enjoy this oatmeal as a dairy-free breakfast or snack.
