Breakfast Sausage with Saut�ed Greens

Ingredients
- 1 tbl of organic lard
- 1 tbl of pine nuts
- 2 oz of spinach leaves -stemmed and chopped
- 2 oz of swiss chard leaves - stemmed and chopped
- 2 oz of kale leaves - stemmed and chopped
6 oz of Mulay's Breakfast Sausage
Directions
1. Heat the lard over medium heat.
- 2. Add pine nuts and cook stirring often, unltil lightly browned and aromatic. Brown the sausage.
- 3. Add all the greens and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
