Directions
- Coat the pork in olive oil and your favorite coffee rub. Cook in the oven or on a grill until internal temperature is 140 degrees F. Heat up a few tablespoons of the Cranberry Relish with Grand Marnier in the microwave or on the stovetop. Just until it becomes a little runnier. Spoon onto serving dish and then place the pork loin on top of the cranberry relish with grand marnier. The coffee rub, pork, and cranberry relish with grand marnier come together beautifully. Enjoy!
