Vlada's Sausage Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

1 pkg Mulay's Italian Ground

• 3 Tbs Olive Oil
• 1 med. Onion
• 2 Sticks Celery
• 1 Carrot
• 1 med sweet potato
• 3 bay leaves
• 1 tsp Curry
• 1/2 tsp Ginger Powder
• 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
• 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
• 1/2 large cabbage
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 quart Chicken Broth
• 1 can Coconut Milk
• 1 Tbs fish Sauce
• White Sweet Potato Mash
• 2Lb. White Sweet Potatoes, peeled and quartered
• 2 Large Onions, sliced into thin strips
• 1/3 cup Chicken Broth
• 2 Tbsp. Butter, cubed
• Salt, to taste
