Ingredients
- 1 block tofu, cubed
- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 cups kale, chopped
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
Directions
- In a large pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat
- Add tofu and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes
- Add garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes, cook for another minute
- Add chickpeas and kale, cook until kale is wilted
- Stir in soy sauce and cook for another 2 minutes
- Serve hot
