Ingredients
- 1½ cups Ice
- 1½ oz. Citron or plain vodka
- 2 oz. Island Oasis Passion Fruit Frozen Beverage Mix
- ½ oz. DaVinci Gourmet Spicy Ginger Syrup
- 1 oz. Water
- ½ oz. DaVinci Gourmet Lime Syrup
- 3 oz Ginger beer
- Lime wedge, garnish
Directions
- Add ice, vodka, Island Oasis Passion Fruit Frozen Beverage Mix, DaVinci Gourmet Spicy Ginger Syrup, and water to a tall Collins glass or copper mug.
- Stir with a bar spoon and set aside.
- In a separate glass, combine ginger beer and DaVinci Gourmet Lime Syrup.
- Gently pour ginger-lime mixture into the reserved glass.
- Garnish with a lime wedge.
- Serve and enjoy!
