Whipped Tiger Taro Boba

Directions

1. Combine ice, taro drink mix, and water in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Set aside.
4. In a small bowl, combine heavy cream and vanilla bean drink mix.
5. Stir until it reaches the consistency of a thick paste.
6. Spread the mix on the inside of a 20-ounce glass or cup.
7. Drizzle the caramel sauce around the inside edge of the glass and let it drip down the cup.
8. Top with whipped cream, and spoon blueberry boba on top.
9. Drizzle with additional caramel sauce, if desired.
10. Serve with a boba straw.
11. The vanilla bean paste can be made in larger quantities and stored in a container in the refrigerator until needed.
12. This drink can be served over ice.
