- Assorted veggies
- Terrapin Ridge Lemon Honey Vinaigrette
- 1 tbsp Butter
- Coarse salt & pepper to taste
Directions
- Marinate veggies in vinaigrette for several hours & up to overnight. Mix butter Terrapin Ridge Lemon Honey Vinaigrette. Grill veggies until crisp tender. Finish with course ground salt & pepper and a drizzle of lemon honey butter.
